On Sale Dates – Teachers: 23rd September 2020 at 2:00pm Irish Standard Time

General Release: 30th September 2020 at 2:00pm Irish Standard Time

• Teachers bookings will be via telephone calls only to the call centre 00353 64 6671550.

• A maximum of 1 room or apartment per teacher will be allowed. Teachers are required to supply their registration number at the time of booking.

• Public bookings the following week will be both through the call centre (00353 64 6671550) and online using promo code CLRG21.

General Terms & Conditions 2021 – Hotel Rooms

  • Deposit to the value of 2 nights stay for bookings of 3 nights and more
  • Deposit to the value of 1 night for 1 and 2 night bookings
  • Cancellations/Amendments will be accepted up to 5:00 pm IST on Wednesday, 13th January 2021. After this cut off, deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited to cover the cost of cancelled nights.
  • The full balance of payment will be taken on Friday, 30th January 2021 - 14 days prior to the start of the event. Payment must be by Credit Card or contactless alternatives thereby reducing time at reception desks when checking in.

General Terms & Conditions – Apartments

  • Deposit to the value of €150.00 on each apartment booking for 3-4 night stays;  Deposit of €250.00 on 5+ night stays
  • Cancellations/Amendments will be accepted up to 5:00 pm IST on Wednesday, 13th January 2021. After this cut off, deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited to cover the cost of cancelled nights.

Covid-19 Guarantee

In the event of pandemic/contagion, and by extension either the postponement or cancellation of the 2021 event, then the specific terms and conditions to cover this are -

  • Bookings for both hotel rooms and apartments will be automatically carried forward to either the rescheduled dates in 2021 or the corresponding dates in 2022. (There is no need for guests to contact Central Reservations or be concerned about forfeiture of bookings).
  • Refunds will not be processed prior to the February 2021 Championship dates.
  • The venue will arrange a reconciliation date with CLRG 6 weeks after the February 2021 Championship dates. On the agreed date, bookings for either later in the year or 2022 will be reconfirmed with individuals. Should a guest at this stage decide that they would prefer to completely cancel for the following year, a full refund will be processed.
