IMPORTANT UPDATE – Registration Process For 2022-2023

A chairde

Registration for 2022-2023 will open on Monday, 1st August 2022 and will close at Midnight (IST) on Friday, 12th August 2022.  Thereafter, late registration will be allowed up to Midnight (IST) on Friday, 19th August 2022 but at double fees.

As previously announced, the registration fee for the year is €300 less €100 special discount, i.e. €200.  Where late fees are incurred, these will be charged at a total of €500.

All teachers and adjudicators should take the time between now and 31st July to ensure that they have all the requisite documents to hand, to complete the registration process easily.  Please ensure that your Vetting accreditation, proof of Child Protection course attendance and Insurance documentation are all up to date and relevant.  Should you have lost such information then all requests should be made to your local Vetting and DLPs.  Due to staff shortages, the office will not be able to assist you.

To assist in a speedy process, applications will be processed as submitted by the individual.  There will be a 100%  check post registration.  Where it is subsequently discovered that an individual has submitted incorrect information this will be deemed to be gross misconduct and referred for disciplinary action.  An automatic cautionary suspension will be applied.

Please do not ignore this message.  Act today, so that you are ready on August 1st to complete the registration process.
